Trinity-St. Andrew's United Church exists to ensure that all people may grow in their relationship with God through Jesus Christ. We are committed to creating a community where all people are welcome regardless of age, gender, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, differing abilities, ethnic background or economic circumstances.
This new petition calls upon the Government of Canada to implement the recommendations from the White Paper on the Status of Trans and Gender Diverse People.
As an Affirming congregation, signing this petition is one way we can work to make trans youth and communities in Canada feel less alone and more connected to themselves, each other, and their communities.
