Our Mission Statement

Trinity-St. Andrew’s United Church exists to ensure that all people may grow in their relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

Our Values

We believe we are a church that has been, and is being called by God to express our faith and our mission by:

• Celebrating God’s Presence
• Living with Respect in Creation
• Loving and Serving Others
• Seeking Justice and Resisting Evil
• Proclaiming all that God has done for us in Jesus Christ.

In seeking to accomplish our values and being open to God’s Holy Spirit:

• We will do our utmost to invite everyone within our community to join us in carrying out our Mission.
• We will do everything we can to encourage and support our people to become actively involved in fulfilling Gods ministry.
• We will permit and encourage people to be creative and imaginative in fulfilling their personal ministries.
• We will not be afraid of mistakes or failures.
• We will provide services to all who ask; in keeping with the norms and policies of the Church.
• We will provide as many worship and learning experiences as possible.
• We will support the outreach projects of our congregation, through local giving and ministries, and by giving to the Mission and Service Fund of the United Church of Canada.
• We will adhere to the policies and principles of the United Church of Canada.
• We will seek excellence in all we do.
• We will endeavour “To Be A Blessing” in everything we say and do.
