Rev. Ken Lewis

Ken Lewis was born and raised in Sydney, Nova Scotia. He graduated from Sydney Academy High School, received a B.A. (Religious Studies/Philosophy) from St. Mary's University, Halifax, and an M.Div. from The Atlantic School of Theology, Halifax (1982).

Ken was ordained by the Maritime Conference in May 1982 and settled in the Saltsprings-Scotsburn-Lyons Brook Pastoral Charge, Nova Scotia, July 1982, where he served for five years. Ken came to the Belleville area in 1987 when he accepted a call to Rednersville-Albury Pastoral Charge. While there he qualified to become supervisor for Queens Theology Supervised Field Placement and received his certificate of supervision in 1992. He has supervised eleven interns ( student ministers ) since 1993. Ken accepted a call to Sidney-Westminster Pastoral Charge, Belleville Presbytery, December 1992 and served there until coming to Trinity-St. Andrew's.

Ken is married to Dr. Sheena Smith (Family Medicine) and they have three children: Aneesha, Sean and Natasha.
